Spoons!

My sister and I are making Spoooons! She has been gathering spoons at Estate Sales we go too and we have been banging away! They will be for sale at the farmers market we are doing! Two things I have learned doing these, Sterling Silver are the best because the they are softer and this automatic hammer makes it go by soooo much faster (That's the thing laying to the left of the spoon in the top pic)

Going on in the Greenhouse

Things are growing in the Greenhouse from Radishes and lettuce to Amethyst Basil and so much more

Oh yeah, I have big plans for those succulents like a growing wall!

The Greenhouse is done!

This is the Greenhouse that my Sister and Brother in law built from windows the bought at habitat for humanity, and all the rest was vintage or used items! Turned out pretty awesome!

All off the white cabinets on the inside of the glass in the greenhouse came from Habitat for humanity, along with the granite counters, the white enamel table is from the 1940's, the floor mats came from our parents house, all the garden containers were picked up at Goodwill and garage sales. The glass tiles on both sides of the doors she found on craigslist. The tin on the inside and outside of the door, were piece from a old hotel ceiling downtown. Here are some of the flowers in her backyard.

Greenhouse Update!

My sister has been working on her Greenhouse! Her latest addition to the house is
this cool doorknob! Doesn't remind you of the doorknob from "Alice and Wonderland"!!!

She painted the inside of it light Turquoise!! I think its looking really cool!!! She also has 3 bee hives next to her greenhouse, pretty cool!! 

She has also made these cool flower hanging colander holders! Is that even what you would call it?IDK, but they are cool!!

I went over to my sisters today to help her move some patio furniture from our parents house and the greenhouse is amazing!!  She bought these vintage glass cubes to stack in the windows next to the door, you can see the skinny long rectangle next to the door on the right side. But until she gets the glass cubes in her pup Mac is using it as his door! When I was over at Malia's house (that's my sister) we walked over to see her bee's and they are neat buuuuut I do not think I will be getting any, any time soon. I think I will just visit them.... from across the yard! Ha! They still give me the hebegebes!!

Hey, that's one Sweet Green House!

This is the Green House my Sister Malia and Brother in law Jason are building! Its pretty sweet, Right?! It is being built from salvaged windows! I will go into this more in the next day or so, I just had to put this up though!!
